We’re sorry your items didn’t work out for you, but not to worry: we accept returns within 30 days of purchase (the date listed on your invoice) for most items in new condition! As long as your items are NOT worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way (this includes items with deodorant, makeup, smoke or stains), we offer FREE return shipping on all US orders. All original tags must be attached and footwear must be in original shoebox. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: hair accessories, hats, earrings, sale items and any other items marked as “Final Sale.”
To request a return label, simply visit our Return Portal. You'll be prompted to enter your order # and email, then select the items you would like to return and select a reason for the return.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your package and provide a photo of the defect or information of the incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color). If the item is not reported within 5 days of receiving the package, Oliver’s Attic reserves the right to assume the customer defected the product and will not offer any refund.
Please allow Oliver’s Attic 5 days to process your return once it is received. Once your refund has been processed and credited, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Be aware that some banks may process the refund slower than others. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
