We’re sorry your items didn’t work out for you, but not to worry: we accept returns within 30 days of purchase (the date listed on your invoice) for most items in new condition! Returns are accepted as long as your items are NOT worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way (this includes items with deodorant, makeup, animal hair, smoke or stains). All original tags must be attached! Items purchased during a Promo/Sale, Sale Items and any other items marked FINAL SALE will not be accepted as returns.
Returns can either be refunded to the original payment method, or you may choose to receive store credit.
To return an item, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and a brief summary of why you are returning the merchandise (email must be sent within 30 days of your order date). Then simply send it back to us (we recommend a service that has a tracking number). We are not responsible for return shipping costs or refunding original shipping costs.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your package and provide a photo of the defect or information of the incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color). If the item is not reported within 5 days of receiving the package, Oliver’s Attic reserves the right to assume the customer defected the product and will not offer any refund.
Please allow Oliver’s Attic 5 days to process your return once it is received. Once your refund has been processed and credited, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Be aware that some banks may process the refund slower than others. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
